About this agent
Mary’s passion for real estate lies in the art of the deal. As a former banker, she is especially adept at running the numbers and is frequently consulted for advice on realistic selling and buying prices. Her clients become friends, repeat customers, and referrals, so Mary is able to work the full life-cycle of home buyers: from first-time buyers; single-parent households; widowed or divorced; downsizing sellers/buyers and investment buyers.
Mary says it’s very satisfying to help people find the right property, or the right buyer, at the best price. Born in Michigan, Mary has called Pittsburgh “home” for over 40 years. She and her husband raised two children in North Hills of Pittsburgh, where they’ve enjoyed easy access to great schools, city and county parks, the city life, fantastic restaurants, museums and an international airport. Mary’s love of Pittsburgh prompted her to get a professional realtor’s license 34 years ago. She marvels at how much the business changed over the years and finds it exciting to see how much it continues to evolve. Mary built a successful business by staying on top of the trends and marketplace and being able to use that expertise to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
Accomplishments include two successful careers that never felt like “a job." She was a bank manager for 16 years, and President of Business and Professional Women's Club, where she was named Woman of the Year. Then, Mary became a consistently top-performing real estate professional.
She is most grateful for an understanding and supportive husband; their close-knit family with 2 grown children and a granddaughter. Mary is a car enthusiast and past recipient of “Rookie of the Year” from the Porsche Club of America— supporting her husband’s and son's auto-cross racing with PCA and the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Other favorite things to do include physical fitness, gym classes, weight-training and running. Most unusual experience? Skydiving!
