You can create an account for free and with limited personal information requested. Then after you create your profile, you will be able to click on the Lux10 Lantern to save your favorites and save them in your profile.

You will be able to find them in your favorites section on your Dashboard. Remember you will need to create an account in order to click the Lux10 Lantern to be able to save your favorites.

Login into your account and go to the Edit button under your profile. Once you click edit, you can change your email address, or upload a new picture.

No. You do not need to upload a picture, but if you do the only person that will see it is if you reach out directly to an agent or pro.

We encourage you to call them to make sure that there wasn't an error with scheduling or miscommunication. As a registered member, you may also complete an online review and provide feedback for the Agent or Pro so that others can see both positive comments and areas where they might need improvement.

We do not sell leads. Lux10 is a transparent website with customer service as a top priority. We want every member to be able to earn the business of the customer organically and not have to pay for leads. We want customers to have a choice on who they connect with and not just who is paying for the lead. Lux10 offers dynamic profiles for its members so that you can really showcase who you are and the services you provide.

Yes. You can create the same account as a consumer, but you will be missing out on having a dynamic profile that potential clients can view and save. You won't be able to network with the other Agents and Pros on the site to grow your business and have the opportunity to receive leads from potential clients looking for your services. You also won’t be able to take advantage of the benefits of the membership-exclusive Marketplace.

Once you confirm your email and set up a password, you will be directed to the payment screen to pay for your yearly membership. After confirmation is received for payment, you can log in and start building your profile and asking customers to provide you with reviews.

It's up to you. If you want to have multiple opportunities to showcase your business based on zip codes or for each Agent to have their own profile or Team profile, then you can each have your own membership. Our system is set up as a random non-alphabetical list, therefore it gives businesses with different locations covering different geographic areas more opportunities to show up if you have multiple members enrolled on the site.

At this time, we do not offer a multi-year discount, however, this is a feature we are considering adding in the future.

If a discount code is applicable, you will have an opportunity to enter it in the payment screen when you initially sign up for Lux10 or during your renewal.

Please log into your dashboard renew your membership and make a payment on the payment screen.

If you are a customer simply delete your profile. If you are an Agent or Pro you may cancel at any time, but your yearly membership will not be refunded. Hopefully, you will not want to cancel, but if you do we hope to see you back soon.

Lux10 Marketplace is only available for Agents and Pros with your annual membership. Once you have signed up to be a member you will have access to it on the website.

Yes, click on the Lux10 Lantern to save your favorite Agent and Pro. It will show up in your dashboard for you to be able to access when you are ready.

Yes! Please log into your account and select the correct email address or add a new one. Select the address you want to use for your profile and hit save.

If you know that you are changing companies, please update your email address with the new one that you want to use and then follow the prompts to confirm. At that point, you will be able to edit and update your profile with all of your new information.

You can add video to your profile by embedding it. 

To embed a video on your profile, copy and paste the HTML code from the video source. 

For example, if you want to embed a YouTube video, go to the video page on YouTube.
Click SHARE 
From the list of Share options, click Embed.
From the box that appears, copy the HTML code.
Paste the code into the "Let's Make It Personal... Embed Your Video Here" field in your Business Profile.

When you get a new Lux10 review you will be able to click on a button to respond to the review. Your response will be posted within your profile and visible to consumers.

If you feel that the review was not warranted and have verified, that they are not a client please send us a message. We will research and if it is found not to be from a previous customer, we will remove it.
