Thomas V. Giel Garage Doors, Inc.

Founded in 1950 by Thomas & Margaret Giel, our company was incorporated in 1974. During the 1980’s, founders and son worked to transform the “mom and pop” shop to a corporation that today has 40+ employees, with 35+ full-time trucks to service their customer’s needs. Edward B. Giel assumed Ownership and Presidency of the company following his father’s retirement in 1989. Ed has built and expanded the business over to years so that key staff members run the daily operations. Candice Giel Brown is Ed’s oldest daughter and has recently purchased the company from Edward. She is now the 3rd generation owner of Thomas V. Giel Corporation. Thomas V. Giel Garage Doors, Inc. furnishes and installs garage doors, openers, entry, patio & storm doors, louvered pergolas, retractable & aluminum awnings, and retractable screens for residential and commercial customers.
