Susan Kozak

Susan has been in real estate since 2010. She started out in leasing and found her way to sales a bit later. She still is in property management/leasing. Susan found her way to RE/MAX Select Realty in 2017 and enjoys being part of the RE/MAX Select Realty family. Susan loves working with investors, first time buyers, families settling an estate, people ready to downsize or sellers ready for a different home. She has also been actively involved in flipping several homes. From literally the tear apart, to design, to putting it back together. It gives her a unique eye to help sellers prepare their home for selling. It also helps her buyers learn more about the inner workings of a house. She can also see the potential in a fixer upper and can make great suggestions on how to make those types of homes….yours! Susan will listen to what YOUR wants and needs are and do her best to EXCEED them!
