SENIOR CITIZENS - Seniors want to rid themselves of the physical and financial responsibilities of owning a big house. Some move into patio home communities where they can interact with people daily. Some want to move closer to their children and grandchildren. Some are moving into independent or assisted Living. ESTATE SALES & TRUSTS - There are many legal intricacies involved when an Estate or Trust sells real estate in Pennsylvania.
