Melinda Larson

Hey there! I'm Melinda, nice to meet you! I'm a Realtor® serving all of South Western PA and have helped dozens of families on their journey to homeownership. My motto as a Realtor® is pretty simple- It's not my job to make decisions for you, it's my job to give you with all the information to make the best decision for your family. It's YOUR new home journey, and I'm here to be your guide along the way. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pa. After high school, I followed in my father’s footsteps and joined the US Navy. After serving my country, I continued on to get a B.S. in Business from Columbia College. My passion for real estate developed in college, where I took every real estate course the school offered. After moving throughout the country, I decided to make Canonsburg my home. I have 2 young children who attend Canon-Mac, and own a 100 year old Colonial that I'm currently doing a live-in renovation. When I’m not helping clients, I spend my time with my Jeep club doing parades, fundraisers, and trail rides, or playing chauffeur to all my kids sports.
